1980s Betsey Johnson Punk Label Mini Skirt in Black Floral Bodycon Size S or XS

Amazing time capsule piece. The bodycon mini skirt is made of jersey cotton material and has stretch. It is sized a vintage small. Please see measurements as it appears to be running on the smaller side and might be more like an XS.
