1974 Royal Crown Derby English Bone China Creamer, Red Derby Panel Pattern

This vintage Royal Crown Derby creamer is a beautiful addition to any collection. Made in Derby, England in 1974, this creamer features the classic Red Derby Panel pattern on glossy bone china. Measuring 3.8 inches in length, 3.6 inches in height, and 2.2 inches in width, it weighs only 3.9 ounces. The creamer is in excellent used condition with a printed backstamp and is an original piece.

Additional Information: This creamer can currently be purchased new from Royal Derby for $333.00. Royal Derby used Roman Numerals to denote the date starting in 1938, with the numeral I. XXXVII therefore represents 1974.

The creamer has no chips or cracks. There are three spots to mention, each captured in a close-up picture. With the handle in your right hand, the red flower has a slight white line (scratch?) through the right side of the red flower (picture 7). The gold has worn off the tip of the sculpted handle (picture 8). With the handle in your left hand, there are some tiny marks on the upper left panel of the gold surrounding the flower (last picture). The overwhelming majority of the pattern and decorative gold gilt is in excellent condition.
