Vintage Samuels Prescription File Box containing lots of historic prescription slips from 1939. A unique piece for collectors or medical history enthusiasts. The box was made by The Samuels Printing Company in Cincinnati, Ohio. The box is 8" long and 5" tall. Most of the prescriptions are from Jefferson City, Tennessee.

Outer file box has some wear including staining and some tears.  There are some of the prescriptions that have some tears and other wear. See pictures for further details on condition.

Our Niknax Costume Party will start on October 31! Here's some important information:
-ALL MEMBERS are welcome to participate
Simply take your pic with something that says “Niknax Costume Party 2024!”
-Send ONE photo to Christina aka moonskyvintage via email: community@niknax.net
-Family friendly please! 
-If you are apart of a duo costume, you are more than welcome to participate but will count as the “one pic”. 
-I will gather entries starting October 31 until November 4, ¡mi cumpleaños!🎂 @11:59pm EST /8:59pm PST
-There will be first, second and third place winners, including best in show. 
-How we’ll vote: as entries come in, I'll add to the NN Costume Party channel. You may vote FOR YOUR TOP THREE! You are only able to vote once. Use the 🎃 emoji to vote for your top three.
