Vintage from the 1951 Ceramic Arts Studio 2 piece set with sultan & harem woman. The figurines have hand painted glazes in shades of forest green and avocado green. Lovely smiling couple features shiny black hair and rosy cheeks. Each figurine is hallmarked on the underside Ceramic Arts Studio Madison, Wis and copyright symbol. Overall very nice condition no chips or cracks. Female has some light crazing on her harem pants. The sultan measures 4-1/2" H x 3" W x 3" D.  His female companion measures 3-1/2" H x 6-1/2" L x 2" W.
