If you're looking for a new lucid dream practice this will help open the channels, as well as help sleep, anxiety and dreams. Made during new moon in virgo with a mix of alcohol and glycerin, as well as a pure alcohol tincture, all tinctures sit on my altar for an extended period of time to help imbue them with manifestation power.   A great tincture to take before or during ritual to allow yourself to open to the guides and spirits. May help with enhancing channeling and spiritual practice.
