DAMAGED DELIVERY - If an item arrives damaged, please photograph the exterior of the box, the interior of the box, and the packaging. This helps to later submit an insurance claim if insurance was purchased by the seller. If the item was sent priority or ground advantage insurance is included. It is important that you do not dispose of the box or packing materials. Instead, keep the box until a solution is reached. On rare occasions, an insurance claim will require inspection of the box and contents by the USPS.
