Hello…I am trying to get my shipping label for an order. The Shippo app will not generate a label after I download it.

Something is broken in creating a listing in the new version. I create a listing with calculated shipping setup, it all looks good so I publish, but the shipping is being reset to fixed price. I've edited multiple listings several times but the calculated shipping never sticks. I have had to make the listing private so I don't loose money on shipping. This is a serious issue.

The new dashboard has issues. You can not drag photos anymore. Only upload. And the magic comments promote feature is gone unless I am missing something.

When I’m trying to type out an email on my pc in a live show, it auto tags and won’t let me post the comment without the tag.

Shipping not generating label!
Hi Cindy (BlueMountainsBOHO). This issue has been resolved on Shippo's end, with other sellers reporting they can now create labels. We recommend trying it out as well. Thank you!

Hello, I am trying to create listings and I am getting a 500 error message. I tried from New Listings menu and from the New Dashboard and I am getting the same error. I have a show tomorrow and I cannot add my items. Please look into it. I understand couple other users getting the same error. Is a server down or something?
