I've seen people use "jersey" as part of fabric descriptions - like jersey silk, which has some give. I think that "jersey" could be universally used.....any other thoughts?

If it has stretch I would label as velour. Velvet usually doesn’t stretch.

Would any one be able to tell me what I should call this? Theres no Material tag & this designer used all different stuff. Seems velvety but might be velour? Some online say polyester but not exact as this one. Any help appreciated, thanks!
