This is a beautiful and timeless formal dress by Watters + Watters.

100% silk with an acetate lining. Cotton + polyester is also listed on the tag~ thinking it may be for the belt that was included but unsure of these materials are also apart of the dress construction. This dress is an off shoulder style with a backside zipper. It has very much a 1950s Influence although it was made in the 1990s.

Beautiful nipped waist with a full free flowing skirt. It does appear it was meant to have a belt, because it has attached loops~ but I do not have a coordinating belt with this one. No rips, stains, tears, or other flaws.
