Details

The shakers feature a bell-shaped top, engraved details, and a three-footed base. Similar sets are often described as having a "vintage" or "mid-century" aesthetic. Footed Base: The shakers typically feature ornate legs, sometimes described as having animal head and foot shapes. Engravings: They often display hand-engraved or etched floral patterns. Inserts: Some vintage versions include original blue plastic or glass liners inside to protect the metal from corrosion by the salt. Shakers measure approximately 3 1/2” tall and tray measures approximately 6 1/4” wide and 4 1/2” tall. A little elbow grease and polish will make this set shine!!

    Hello Everyone!!

    We live on Estero Island in Florida, also known as Fort Myers Beach. We have been here for nearly 50 years! In 2022 Hurricane Ian came through our beautiful island and pretty much destroyed the quiet charm of the island. All the sweet old cottages were literally swept into the Gulf of Mexico. We, unfortunately decided to stay and ride out the storm, a bad decision in so many ways! We found ourselves sad and depressed and decided we better do something that will help us cope. We always have loved the beach and picking shells. So, instead of putting them in many jars around the house we decided to turn them into pieces of art. We like to repurpose thrift store items and turn them into our own works of art. In the near future we hope to add many more pieces of art, not only shell art but also some beautiful resin art and wood art! We also have other beautiful items such as pottery and glass.
