Vtg MCM Florenza Double Jeweled Miniature Picture Frame Purple White Gold Tone

This vintage photo frame features heavy Victorian/Florentine revival influences, featuring 24k gold-plated plating, rhinestones, and delicate filigree; has two ovals for holding two of your favorite photos. There is a large lilac prong set stone in the raised center. Ice white rounds and smaller stones surround the base. This measures app. 2.5"x2.25". The ovals are app. 1.5"x1". The large, rectangular stone is open backed with gold foil. This does have some darkening with age. The ice rhinestone at the back and other stones have closed backs. There is a little tarnish mainly to the oval frame part which surrounds the photos. Made in the Italy. This was owned by a friend who asked our assistance downsizing of their belongings. This had held both her and her brother’s photos as very young children back in the 1950s - early 1960s. Those have been removed and the part that surrounds the photos along with the plastic insert have been removed to show HOW to reassemble with your photos. They are being shipped with the “interior” frame and plastic insert small zip plastic bag and then set alongside the frame. Minimal cleaning was done to remove surface dust with a small cosmetic brush for photographing.
