Vtg 70s Napier Bertolli Molten Lava Brutalist Gold Tone Pendant Necklace

This is a massive Napier pendant that's been reworked onto a different chain, from a 1970s piece that originally had two pendants. It's a huge, gold nugget-style teardrop pendant, and other than some minor signs of wear is in good condition. The signature would have been on the hook of the original chain, so this piece is unsigned.
The chain itself is about 22" long but can be made shorter depending upon where you hook the clasp. Please see pictures for details and measurements.
