This tin with bold orange color ( sure put in in a Halloween Display!), mixed serif fonts, and institutional endorsements are consistent with 1920s–1930s medical packaging.  Battle Creek Sanitarium was famously run by Dr. John Harvey Kellogg (yes, of cereal fame), and it was a hub for progressive health treatments in the late 1800s and early 1900s.

Tin does have about 1/4 of product in it, I strongly suggest you do not open and take!
