Published in 1945 in Huntington Indiana, The Farmers Guide offers recipes known and popular at that time.  I have circled some for some of you braver cooks to try.  I'm not going to, so let me know how they taste.

Has a black cover, there are some marks on it, and red spiral binding.  The pages have some edge wear and there are handwritten notes here and there.

Nice book to have for display in a vintage kitchen decor or for adventurous cooks.
