This is a vintage salt and pepper shaker set, shaped like birds in a tree! Made in Japan during the 1960s, these sweet little ceramic birdies have extraordinary tails. They're curved all the way into a loop, allowing them to swing, and sing, from the branches of a very handy tree caddy. I bet they can't wait to... hang out... in your kitchen! Condition: This set is in Excellent shape! No chips, cracks, or any other damage. Both shakers still have their original cork stoppers. Size: The birds measure about 1" across, are 2" long, and a little over 2" tall. Their tree hanger is 3¼" long, 2" wide, and stands just over 4" tall.
