This lovely piece has some wear, it looks like the 2 flat pieces that extend at the bottom of the tree have cracked.  Just be careful when handling and try not to bend, might be able to add some glue to reinforce.  Still a nice piece to display, it is about 5" x 4 3/4" x 1/4".
