Vintage Skunk Salt and Pepper Shakers | Super Kitschy Skunks in Ties | Souvenir of Old Orchard Beach Maine | 1950s - 1960s Made in Japan

This is a pair of salt and pepper shakers, in the form of simply adorable skunks! Made in Japan during the late 1950s or early 1960s, these little stinkers are just.. so stinkin' cute! These blushing boys were sold at a gift shop in Old Orchard Beach Maine back in the day. Both are very expressive, and again, they're SO cute! Condition: This pair is in Very Good shape! While the skunk in blue has no flaws that I could find, the skunk with the yellow tie does have two small chips - One on the tip of his tail, and one right on his nose. He took a tumble for sure, but at least it wasn't too bad! The one with the yellow tie has an Old Orchard Beach decal. Both have their original corks as well. Size: Each skunk measures about 1.5" across, is 2.5" wide, and stands 3.5" tall.
