I'm pretty sure this is a marriage of two pieces: a Silex small refrigerator jar and a glass flower frog that fits in the top.  It makes for a cute display of flowers in any country kitchen!  There are no chips or cracks but some water spots from use (see pictures).

Measurements ~ 4.5 x 3.25"
