Its fabulous and vintage. The starburst has a beautiful blue stone in the center and it is studded with rhinestones. Attached is a hanging pagoda adorned with clear and blue stones. Yes, there are 2 tiny rhinestones out on the starburst, but I think its spectacular. Hallmarked Sterling by French.
