Rare, stunning rhinestone bangle bracelet signed by high-end designer Hattie Carnegie! This is really exceptional quality and was some of the nicest costume jewelry of the 1950s/60s. It is rather heavy and hinged with a safety clasp, measuring 7" in circumference. This comes from an estate and is in very good condition, please see pictures for details.
