Vintage PRUSSIA Hand-painted Portrait Decorative Plate early 1900s 10"

Royal Rudolstadt. Portrait if a women (sometimes identified as Queen Louise of Prussia). Fairly good condition. It is stamped. The painting in some places has some discoloration. No cracks or chips that I could see or feel. The holder not included. It is just for display. What is included is the back spring to hang on the wall.
