This vintage item is a Cambridge Caprice oval clear glass 4-toed handled bowl, often referred to as a centerpiece or console bowl, manufactured between the 1930s and 1950s.
It features a scalloped rim, a ruffled or swirled pattern resembling ocean waves, and is raised on small feet.
No chips or cracks.
