Preowned. Vintage Metal Hinged Drapery/Curtain Tiebacks. There are a couple of chips to the Finish, please review the photos. It does appear the screws and nuts have been replaced. The Finish is ivory with what appears to be faux crazing with a tan/orange under tone.
