Vintage MCM Signed and Numbered “Speckled Owl” Etching by Christine McGinnis - MATTED and FRAMED!

These lithographs are dated in the 60s, per a couple of galleries and small museums. McGinnis drew all sorts of owls — this one was given to me by a great aunt; sadly my collection of lil woodland creatures to hang on my walls has outgrown my actual number of walls.

In excellent condition; some scratches to the frame. Also it looks like the matting has maybe bled a bit on the internal paper frame from age. Tiny tears to the matting in the corners, but I didn’t notice when the piece was hanging, only when examining from all angles.

Measurements: Frame: 11.25” x 9.25” x 0.75” Art itself: 5.5” x 4.5”

From a smoke-free, pet-friendly home (cannot say the same for the MCM haven my great aunt called home back in the day)!
