Triangular lead crystal ashtray, most likely from the 1960s. Etched starburst or pinwheels decorate the bottom, while there is an etched scalloped edge. It is unmarked but there are several famous makers of this type of item. It is 7” in diameter. It would make a beautiful trinket dish or jewelry organizer, a candy dish, or even a soap dish for your vanity. There are a few minor scratches on the piece and one chip on the edge, one corner has a rough spot. Still a beautiful piece with great shine.

I grew up experiencing the thrill of treasure hunting at garage sales, thrift stores, flea markets, and curb shopping. Now I want to share the thrill of the hunt and my great finds with others. I love “fostering” treasusures then offering them up for “adoption” to others who will love and care for them like I would (for a reasonable adoption fee!)🤓 I love learning about the history of pieces. Learning to identify and value items is one of my passions as well.
