Vintage Mattel 1995 Snacktime Kid Cabbage Patch Kid Doll - Non-working

Rare and hard to find vintage 1995 Mattel Cabbage Patch Kids “Snacktime Kid”. This item was recalled and is now hard to find. The electrical mechanism for the doll to chew is not working. I have replaced the batteries with no luck. There is a small hole in one of her legs also. No food accessories are included but she does have her original clothes and backpack. Please see photos.
