Vintage Imperial Candlewick Covered Dish - Candy/butter

This is an Imperial Glass Candlewick covered dish. It can be used as a candle or butter dish - but you could put other special items you want to display in it as well.

This pattern is easily recognizable by it distinctive beaded rim and finial. Imperial Glass Company of Ohio started production of their products in 1936, so this is truly vintage, bordering on antique.

Imperial Glass was part of the popular 'elegant glass' era in the USA.
