Hardcover book, 20 pages

Fair condition. The covers and the pages have some staining and the pages have some light wrinkling (see pictures). The covers have wear, which is heavier along the spine where there are also a few small nicks / tears. There are two scuffs on the front cover where some of the art has come off (see pictures). There is a name written on the inside of the front cover. Quite usable if you don't mind the staining and wear.
