Vintage Handpainted Shofu China saucer

This beauty was made in Occupied Japan in the 1940s. The white eggs are raised as is the gold tree branch. She is as vibrant and beautiful today as she was over 60 years ago when she was originally painted.

She would be an amazing focal point on a gallery wall. Or you could use her to catch jewelry at a kitchen or bathroom sing. Put under a small pot to catch water, or use as an LED pillar candle dish.

No chips - no cracks - no crazing or wear to speak of. She must have been strictly for display purposes.
