Vintage Everlast hand forged aluminum serving tray with floral print GVC

Measures almost 17 inches including handles. Era 1930s-1961. My best guess is it was made in the 40s. One corner is very slightly bent. I had to look for it to notice. It’s shown in the photos. Condition is good for age and the fact that it’s aluminum. Scratches in pictures are mostly on the bottom.
