Vintage Deer Salt and Pepper Shaker Set | Semi-Realistic Buck and Doe Shakers | For Christmas OR Forest Decorating | ~c. 1970 Made in Japan

This is a vintage salt and pepper shaker set, shaped like a pair of deer! Made in Japan, probably during the 1970s, this set features both a buck and a doe. Both deer have been painted in creams and a warm brown, making them look very natural! They invoke a quiet cabin in the woods as they are, but a bit of red and green ribbon would dress them up for Christmas, if that's what you need! Condition: This pair is in Excellent shape! There are no chips, cracks, or any other damage that I could find. Both still have their original plastic corks as well. The buck does have an extra drop or two of brown paint, but I wouldn't hold that against him! Size: Both deer are nearly the same size, but the buck's antlers do make him a smidge taller. The big fella measures about 3¼" across, is about 1½" wide, and stands 4¼" tall.
