This cute ceramic dog is a pencil sharpener, but I don't it works that way any more.  Did try but did not see a sharp pencil come out.  Does have a small chip as circled in picture.  Whether to use as pencil sharpener of not, makes a nice decor piece.

3 1/2 inches tall, 2 inch base, 3/4 diameter at mouth.
