Vintage 1962 brass candle snuffer has a 10 inch long handle and elongated bell. The handle is hinged to the bell. The bell is 1 1/8" across x 2 1/2" long. A useful tool and attractive display piece for Christmas and year round. In good used condition with scrapes, mars, and scratches on the brass bell shiny surface. The handle has less wear. We cleaned out the inside as much as possible .
