In good condition with no notable flaws. Unsure if it was ever previously used. Floaters and wicks can be found within the small plastic bag along with the instructions. The bag had to be taped shut as the original staple had fallen out. Candle holder measures approximately 4.75” tall and 3” wide. Message me with any questions.
