Vintage 1960’s Floral Dress With Bow And Sequin Accents

1960’s Floral Dress from the Estate of Mrs. Lively

This dress was custom made and, if not for the missing belt/detached loops, I would swear it was never worn. Mainly, because the makers paper tag is still sewn in! 😱 I can find no other flaws with this dress. Marked a vintage size 16 per the tag.
