Beautiful hand painted Mexican circle skirt. I've never seen this design before, depicts a beautiful woman holding her skirt and a basket of flowers. Simply gorgeous! For a closure, it has hook and eyes and a metal side zipper. It also has a tie that cinched the waist for a very flattering look. It also has a POCKET! You can move the hook and eye to make this fit a few different sizes. With the hook and eyes where they are now, it measures 

Waist: 14", could move a bit smaller, or to about a 15", there would be a slight gap, but the tie would cover it. 
Length: 31"

Condition: Really great vintage condition with no flaws to note.
