Comes with original certificate of authenticity COA and case. Needs new battery if you plan to use it for actually telling time.

The condition is good considering the age. The watch face is in excellent condition. The strap has some minor creaseing and the back of the watch has some light scratching. The COA has two small indent visible from the back. See photos for full condition, keep in mind that the white glares are just from my camera flash.
