Keep Your Hands Off My Power Supply reached No. 33 in the US and No. 26 in Canada, giving the band their long-awaited breakthrough in the US. The album proved to be the most successful North American release of Slade's career. Both Run Runaway and My Oh My enjoyed Top 40 success as singles.
