Let Me Be Free (12" Single), by Samantha Fox, marked one of the final releases in the British singer's dance-pop era, showcasing her shift toward upbeat eurodance and house influences in the late 1990s. The title track Let Me Be Free stands out as a fan-favorite for its infectious club energy and empowering lyrics, while the single also included a heartfelt cover of the Dusty Springfield classic The Best Is Yet to Come, which added a surprising retro-soul touch to the otherwise electronic package. Notably, this 12-inch vinyl edition featured extended club mixes and remixes by prominent producers such as Junior Vasquez and Love To Infinity, making it particularly sought-after among DJs and collectors of 90s dance vinyl. Though released during a period when physical dance singles were still thriving in European clubs, the single remains a cult favorite among Samantha Fox completionists rather than a mainstream commercial breakthrough.
