No chips there is something grey on his shoulder. I could not get it off with magic eraser but did not want to scrub. Now that I look at it in “box of truth” it might b crack.. There is original sticker and number on bottom. 3. Kewpie Rose O'Neill. Vintage Rose O'Neill 3 inch made in Japan made out of bisque material. Perfect condition number and sticker on bottom
