Researched to be probable Bohemian hand blown turquoise lilac cased ruffled milk glass. No cracks or chips - excellent vintage condition.  
Measures about 5.25” x 3.75” at the widest. 

Ruffled pattern indicates early 1900s maybe earlier Bohemian glass designs. Vase is in hand blown with a pontil mark at the  bottom. Cased designs were made  by applying red glass to the interior of turquoise milk glass.
