Vinyl plays with occasional crackles (play-graded). Cover has a few creases near edges; severe scuffing and surface impressions (front/back); discoloration on back. Inner-sleeve is original (generic white). Spine is hardly readable with wear and heavy splits. Heavy shelf-wear along top/bottom-edge; some wear to corners. Opening is crisp with signs of use and divots. 1965 pressing with black label. (Not a cut-out.)
