Both items are new & unused. I bought this a few weeks back on their Kickstarter campaign and forgot about it. I have since purchased another sling bag and have no use for this one. I considered keeping it, but it would sit in a drawer unused. Both items are new with tags and unused. I received it on 10/15. Because it was on Kickstarter, I cannot return the item (I checked).
