My name is Tricia. In 2016 my husband and I adopted our middle daughter with Down syndrome and Autism from foster care when she was 16yrs old. I am a past special education teacher of 11.5 years. I left my job to raise my granddaughter and go to school. Now we have her brother and wouldn't change anything for the world. Our house is a little hectic with 3 Autistic kids ranging in ages from upper 20's to 5, but keeping busy just makes you look younger 😆. I started making pens as a way to cope with my anxiety.
