this is a Mikasa Walther Crystal Swan cake plate or serving platter. It features etched and frosted swans, lotus flowers, and cattails. The handles are also frosted and shaped like swan heads and necks. The piece is vintage, made in West Germany, likely around 1985. No chips or cracks and absolutely dreamy!!!
