Lot VTG Dungeons & Dragons Warhammer Grenadier Pewter Metal Mini Signed Book

Mixed lot of vintage Dungeon & Dragons and/or Warhammer metal pewter (?) unpainted miniatures & Dungeon Module B4 THE LOST CITY 9049 manual/booklet. Booklet in acceptable condition.
Dungeon Module B4 dated 1982 and is First Edition. Book has cover and all pages although the pages and the cover are not attached, they can be stapled if you desire or put them in a binder. The underground city map is not attached in the back, possible by design but no sue.
Miniatures are three signed Grenadier figures (dated 1983), two from Horror of the Marsh. Not sure what the other signed figure is from. There are also three figures/pieces that are not signed and I'm not sure if they are D&D or Warhammer and haven't been able to identify them by name or the set they are from.
Figures are possibly pewter, again not positive and don't want to misrepresent.
