This lovely piece has some wear and one figure has had both his arms repaired (the one crawling). All of there faces and hands are a little dirty, but I did not want to clean and make it worse so I left them as is. Still a nice set to display. The elf kneeling is about 3" x 1 3/4" x 1 1/2" and the laying elf is about 2" x 4" x 1 1/2".
