This is a 2001 Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring glass goblet featuring Gandalf, originally a promotional item from Burger King. The original under base, was originally designed to light up is not included. This comes with a dimensional pressed clear glass portrait of Gandalf on one side and the Lord of the Rings logo on the other. The stem is designed to resemble the One Ring. It stands approximately 6 inches tall with a rim diameter of 3 1/4 inches. Made in the USA. This item is part of a set of four, which included other characters like Aragorn and Arwen.
