This is a gently used / pre-owned item and one of the loops at the top had the stitching gone and a stick pin was used to “repair” it. There is a wooden dowel rod in the bottom that is stitched closed in place. Buyer will want to provide an upper dowel or rod to hang properly (and perhaps re-stitch the loop).
