Kalimar MOVIE Exposure Meter / Light Meter/, Leather Case, Made in Japan.  Comes from the estate of a friend who was a fairly prolific photographer on the 1970's.  He even took a photo of Bobby Kennedy that the Kennedy Family asked for and bought of Bobby Kennedy on a campaign stop in Southern California.  The meter is in near pristine condition.
